The Brief
The ONOF worldwide roll-out was awarded to ARNO due to our competitive costs and strong global logistics. Our track record with the Adidas group is very strong.

The Solution
The latest store concept for Reebok called ON – OFF, cleverly combines and subtly segregates technical and lifestyle product ranges. Following intensive value engineering, the equipment was manufactured in China via our operation in Asia. Batches of 25 stores of up to 250 square metres incorporating over 60 different types of unit are produced in 6-7 weeks.

Results
The stores are currently rolling out and we await sales uplift data. The previous R2EVO system reduced costs for Russia, the biggest market, by over 30%.
