Brief
ARNO has already developed mobilcom flagstores and standard shops at the Munich and Dusseldorf airports. Due to the positive response, mobilcom wanted a series concept for 270 shops. The main target was to bring alive in a simple, understandable and believable way mobilcom’s competence as a service provider hereby supporting sales with new and existing customers.

Solution
To make the telecommunications theme more easily understandable, a concept using lots of glass and light was created. Customers can independently or with sales assistance, use interactive stations to gain information. The new mobilcom shops exude technical competence, authenticity and congeniality. As of May 2005 up to mid 2006, all mobilcom shops will systematically be converted to the new design.

Results
The new shop concept has been very positively received by both customers and mobilecom. Architecturally the concept has also been very well received – the Berlin shop won the "Innovation award architecture and presentation" from the AIT.
