ARNO in Silicon Valley
“Never stop being ahead of time“. ARNO’s visit to the corporate headquarters complex of Google, Inc. – Googleplex, was an experience to remember! The “machine learning and creativity summit” described how Google is artificially analyzing and evaluating consumer solutions.
The next future step for Google is the artificial machine data analysis and evaluation. This process is a software based revelation and it uses algorithms to find solutions for new, present and unknown needs. These can affect end consumers in retail, for example, their purchase decision making or product comparisons. ARNO already dealt with this topic several years while doing researches and analyses. In our opinion, the use of technologies in retail has to focus on one thing: the added value of the target group. For this, the tailor-made set up of visible and non-visible soft- and hardware is essential for a rising market share and growing brand awareness – a win-win situation. Particularly in terms of the personalization of shopping experiences where completely new approaches can be taken.
