RETAIL FIREWORKS – How does traditional retail set off? The firework as the metaphor for the growing focus on emotion at the traditional point of sale in context of an increasingly digital world. Only perfectly aligned traditional and digital components of retail design trigger the impulse purchases of the multichannel consumer. A digital impulse here, a conventional accent there.
