An attitude customers identify with. They want to be involved in the process of product development to adapt the products and their functionalities to their personal needs. They become Presumers who participate and influence right from the start. If they strongly identify themselves with the brand and the company, they even turn into Custowners and buy shares or support the entrepreneurs through crowd funding to specifically initiate product developments. You can only get to them by being honest, customer-oriented and by focusing on customer requirements.
ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM FOR RAZOR BLADES: WATCH THE STOCKBOX MOVIE
Drops in theft rates of over 62 %. Considering an annual loss of more than 51 billion US Dollar due to stolen shaving products and blades, a close look at the Stockbox which was developed and patented by ARNO certainly pays off. The short movie shows the functionalities of the Stockbox from a customer‘s and retailer‘s perspective. Handling, functionalities and advantages are explained. Meanwhile, the product has become so successful that the basic principle is being applied to further product groups. Again, ARNO implemented an extensive automotive project in the course of the development of the new Lexus Showroom concept „Lexus Evolution“. Right from the start in the design phase ARNO applied its know how and the country-specific knowledge. The attention to detail and the pursuit of perfection can be seen in every furniture item of the showroom. High-end leather and wood material as well as numerous interactive components create a luxurious atmosphere. Large graphic elements and black high gloss materials underline the brand‘s claim. The shop, installed in Astana in Kasachstan, is unequalled and offers a reception and consulting area along with presentational walls for rims and accessories, a waiting area and presentational spaces with interactive elements for cars. The total showroom area covers more than 250 square meters.
ROSSMANN DONATES ARNO FURNITURE TO SEVERAL NURSERY SCHOOLS
Four nursery schools happily accepted Rossmann donations in kind. ARNO produced colourful kids‘ corner furniture for the retail. These are made of red table tops with colourful table-legs, red small stools and a rainbow carpet. Instead of disposing of the residual items when the program ended, it was decided to donate everything. The children received the new furniture with great excitement. The nursery schools are now colourful places with a fresh and pleasant atmosphere putting a smile on the childrens‘ faces every day.
ARNO and Rossmann were happy on their end to receive lovely, self-made posters, cards and pictures, a thank you from the kids.
